Among the primary objectives of the ARMDOCT project was to enhance connections and foster collaboration among higher education institutions and other stakeholders to promote a more effective, collaborative, and interdisciplinary doctoral education.

In the final stage of the project, a memorandum of understanding was signed to solidify long-term partnerships among the Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). The Enterprise Incubation Foundation, committed to enhancing research quality within HEIs, has also joined the memorandum, expressing readiness to support the continued development of higher education.

Through this established memorandum, Armdoct remains dedicated to working and supporting ongoing reforms in the doctoral education sector, leveraging the expertise and critical mass accumulated during the four years of project implementation.

We are confident that more than 80 experts, institutional leaders, and faculty members directly engaged in capacity-building workshops and trainings will actively contribute to future reforms and shape the new agenda for doctoral education in the country.

We anticipate that a decentralized approach, coupled with rigorous quality assurance mechanisms, will enable the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sport (MESCS) to facilitate the formation of innovative partnerships. These partnerships will aim to establish flagship PhD programs in the country, preparing scientists not only for higher education but also for the demands of the economy.
