Event Description

On behalf of the ARMDOCT project team, we would like to extend a warm invitation to attend a 3-day event of aimed at revealing the best practices in organizing doctoral education, the ways of localizing them in Armenian HEIs, as well as undertaking reforms at national and institutional levels. The meeting is face-to-face for ARMDOCT consortium members but you may join us ONLINE.

On November 15 we will host online Doctoral Schools and National Doctorates SESSION:

  • “Novelties in Italian Doctoral System” by Prof. Enrico Montaperto, Head of Ufficio 6 degli ordinamenti, Ministry of University and Research, Italy
  • “Doctoral School: case study of University of Chieti-Pescara” by Prof. A. Cichelli, Chair of the Doctoral School, University G. D’Annunzio Chieti-Pescara
  • “Doctoral school-research and industry: the experience of the University of Turin” by Prof. Eleonora Bonifacio, Chair of the Doctoral School, University of Turin
  • “National Doctorate on Sustainable Development and Climate Change” by Prof. Enzo di Salvatore, University of Teramo
  • Presentations of Doctoral Schools to be launched within ARMDOCT by Armenian HEIs and NAS RA Institutes (YSU and BSU)

On November 16, Industrial Doctoral programs SESSION:

  • “Overview of Industrial doctorates in Italy” by Prof A. Cavicchi, University of Pisa, University of Pisa & External Expert for the Italian Ministry of University and Research
  • “Industrial doctorates: the success stories at UNITE” by Prof. Valentina Russo, Dr. Mohamad El Kathib, Prof. Massimo C. Giannini and Dr. Carmine Christian Ruocco
  • Presentations of Doctoral Schools to be launched within ARMDOCT by Armenian HEIs and NAS RA Institutes (YSMU, UFAR, IIAP, EIU and ISEC)

On November 17, Quality Assurance and Dissemination aspects SESSION:
